Default B16A2 Swap in 90 Integra Starts and shuts off right away

Ok I have a b16 in a 90 integra, I chaged everything from the original b18 engine onto the b16, including wiring harness and all the sensors.

I had to redo the dissy wiring connector so it plugs into the OBD0 wiring harness, I have spark and I have fuel pressure. The injectors seem to be working, the timing is correct but when I crank it, it starts and shuts off right away. If I try cranking it more it doesn't even fire. It only works every time I turn the key off and back on and crank. Anyone have a clue what the problem could be?

not enough air? i tried pressing throttle.. doesnt work. Im using stock ECU. It should at least start and run on that ecu. Im going to chip it later.

Why wouldnt it? I put all the sensors and everything from the b18 onto the b16. Check engine was on before, then I connected the air temperature sensor and it went away. I think its something with the distributor. I think the wiring is not connected correctly. Im going to check it out tomorrow. The main relay works. Fuel pumps, there is spark, and it starts but doesnt run.

Ok i figured out why it was running for only a few secs. Even tho the wiring colors on the distributor matched up with the wiring harness of the car they were totally different wires. Now my car starts up fine and idles but doesnt rev past 3k.

Anyone have any clue what that could be? My check engine light came on but when I jump the wires it just stays lit.

how could the ecu burn? all of the sensors are the same inside the distributor, even if they were getting different readings. If they were hooked up wrong I dont think the ecu would burn because of that. I only switched 2 of them around and it started.

I figured i was in limp mode. I tried to jump the wires but nothing happens. does that mean ecu is burnt?
