90 Accord F22A4
I recently inherited a 90 Accord EX with a F22A4 Eng. the engine burns about a Qt. of oil a week. There are no visible external leaks, but it does smoke. I have very little experience with Honda's but I'm an aircraft mechanic. I've done a compression test and all four cyl. are ranging from 171 to 174, however when I pulled the plug the tubes were full of oil. Any help would be great.
buy a valve cover gasket kit make sure the spark plug tube seals are in it and basically u will have to replace the gaskets under the valve cover and take the rocker arm assembly out and flip it over and replace those o ring seals that should take care of your oil in your spark plug tubes.
Here is a DIY on how to do it
