Removing speed governor
Because you need to mad VTAK?
For some reason I don't see why you need to do this. Oh! Maybe it's the fact the H22A is more than capable to drive the speed limits (and quite a bit higher) without needing a safety device removed.

I wouldn't remove it if it were my dd. Might cause more problems later. Unless it is a track car and there's an essential need for it to be removed

True, but if I disable the speed sensor with a relay and switch the computer will not shut down the engine. Mind you I hard wired a OBD2 to OBD1 harness adapter using a $40 manual adapter so I've got everything labled. The transmission computer and speedometer will still get the speed sensor signal. Just idea don't know if it will work yet.
I don't even drive that fast even though I've been building my car for excessive speeds, its really not worth it and besides not liking the whole concept of crashing and burning, I'd rather spend my money on mods instead of the city getting it to improve their fat-cats wallets.
at 117 my cb7 starts to vibrate and i remember my tires are only rated to 80 mph (cuz the previous owner was a cheap frugal bastard) so i gotta slow down or else the car will burst into flames and go back in time because my flux capacitor is on the fritz again
