refinished lower control arm with es bushings
i chose to go with oem integra lcas on my civic for the rear sway bar. took off all the old paint and took out the oem bushings to get ready for sanding and cleaning. then spraypainted them semi gloss. came out good. then pushed in the energy suspension bushing kit. only waiting to install them now. heres side by side before and after. i think they came out good. let me know wut u guys think
didnt take pics of the process but i think most people know how it goes. the noobs can search for a write-up on how to do it tho.

I did the same thing with my Cx hatch rear lca's last winter. The previous owner of my car had those lame bright blue Blox lca's installed on the car so I found a local kid to trade me his stock lca's. I torched the old worn oem bushings out and replaced them with ES bushings.

i think those aftermarket lcas are crap. i torched one control arm and had the others pressed out. alot of friggin work to torch them and then cut it out. and the oem bushings were actually in good condition too. i wish i didnt obliterate them tho hah.
