Default Just changed my ATF, got a few ?s

i just drained and fill my atf exactly how much i got out, i put back in since i have 2 identical bottles.

anyways, my question is when i measure the engine while its cold, the atf reads past the 2 dots on the dip stick. is this bad?

also, once in a while when i shift into Reverse, i hear a "clank" not sure if that is normal. the car response and accelerates well.

anything else i should check for?

thanks.

My dipstick seems to read the same thing, cold or hot. How much fluid did you put in? I could easily hear the transmissions while shifting, in both my Accords, and never had a problem. I'm pretty sure that's normal.

That's .2 quarts too much, according to the manual. It probably won't hurt anything though.
The manual has 3.0 qt. for the 4 cylinder, and 3.1 qt. for the V6 transmission.
