Just changed my ATF, got a few ?s
i just drained and fill my atf exactly how much i got out, i put back in since i have 2 identical bottles.
anyways, my question is when i measure the engine while its cold, the atf reads past the 2 dots on the dip stick. is this bad?
also, once in a while when i shift into Reverse, i hear a "clank" not sure if that is normal. the car response and accelerates well.
anything else i should check for?
thanks.

My dipstick seems to read the same thing, cold or hot. How much fluid did you put in? I could easily hear the transmissions while shifting, in both my Accords, and never had a problem. I'm pretty sure that's normal.
maybe i waited too long for it to drain? i might drive around 2 more weeks and ill probably do an atf change again to drain out the rest of the fluids
