97 Civic auto trans swapped into 91?

Guy #1 has a 97 Civic auto trans and Guy #2 would like to buy it and swap it into an auto 91 Civic, but Guy #2 is not sure if it will fit. Is it a simple plug & play swap?

what motor is in the 91 that guy 2 has lol.jk,but no simply because the mounts are way different

I believe you'd need a 97 ecu as well. Probably wont work

why bother with an auto trans? if your gonna go that route just get another trans from a 91. done and done...plenty of ppl are chucking their auto ef transmissions

I got to agree with Hatchet on this one seems like a lot of run around for no payoff.
