Default H22 In 93 Accord

Im been help my friend put a H22 in his accord. we got it in and one day it started with the f22 ecu ran good... he got a chipped p28 ecu started up but ran shitty.... we started to work on it the next and the car cranks but wont start... it has fuel and spark...
need help any suggestions

ECU was tested in the guy accord he bought it from with a h22 ran good

Hmm... well on the 94/97 Accord, you'll need to swap ecu pin A6 & A11 since 02 sensor and EGR valve are backwards. I don't know about the CB7 Accords.
