ok i recently just changed my timing belt on my hatch it a stock dx dpfi boat anchor,
well i get the belt on and my main relay blows so i go get a new one put it on and the car starts right up i drive it around the hood and runs like u would expect a 20 plus yr 72hp motor would soso but the same as it did before the belt broke.
so i go home park the car for a few hours get in it to go to a friends house and now when i get in it its running like **** idles like crap and is running so damn rich that its just blowing smoke so i limp it to him house,
ok so i get it there cant get it to start so i go home and go back today im thinking maybe it jumped time and ill readjust it and go buy a new tensioner so i get #1 up top and look at the cam gear its level with the head yadda yadda so im thinking well **** i dont know so i pull the plugs and there soaked in gas and it will start but still is crazy rich and idles like **** ,
so my friend is thinking its a dead cyl so i start it and start pulling plug wires and it never dies like it would if it had a dead cyl so wat could cause it to do this . wat could make it go from running fine to running like **** in a few hours time im going to limp it home tommorow with some new plugs in it and start fresh but any suggestions would be awsome..

The belt broke so you may have a bent or chipped valve? I have seen the belt break and everything is fine but i've also seen them where it ran fine until it fully warmed up and seemed like it was misfiring and bogging down, pulled the head off and some of the valves were bent.

Is there a MAP sensor on this car or possibly a hose to it that split or cracked or something. There usually near the air cleaner. Were you the only person under the hood or was someone else helping ?
I've had this happen to me out of the blue and it turned out to be a hose that
split open enough to let air into that vacuum hose. It cause just what's happening to you.
And yes, it could be the timing of the belt is off too.
