please help, dc2 screwed up jrsc
Hi, I was wiping down my engine bay and heard something pop out of place but I had no idea what so I figured it was just a wire that I hit against the engine bay. Now there can be numerous problems that have lead to this problem and this is what I narrowed it down to.
The engine turns over powerfully but does not start. After spending the entire day outside in the cold, I found this loose wire. I'm not even sure if it's loose or if it's suppose to be like this. It's a cable that connects to the JRSC and branches off like a T. Here is a picture.
It's the cable that runs horizontally through the center of this picture.

This is the cable that is lose.

Where does this cable go and can this be the problem that is causing my car not to start? I never installed the JRSC, I paid someone to do it a while back. So I don't know what to do from here.
