i was just wondering for those with more experience and motor rebuild if this was a good price.

Labor cost 500 for replacing..

valve stem seal
piston rings
cams
springs & retainer
axles
cam seal
head gasket

He is also going to inspect like bearings, pistons, rods, valve, measure my compression or let me know what else i need to replace, but i think the 500 is because he has to drop the whole motor. Everything else is just another step while the motor is out.

I have to take care of all the parts, he is just going to let me know what i need to buy.
