b16a keeps killing 2 spark plugs help
i have a 91 civic that has a b16a that i just installed in the summer it runs great but after sitting for a week it kills spark plugs and wont start if i put new ones in it starts right up and runs fine till it sits and i have to change them again anyone no what it could be i have check the wiring and put better grounds on it but still doing the same thing so pls help
how much are you driving it between the time it sits and how long does it sit? you need to post pics of the plugs so we can read them.. finding the cause is not going to be easy without pics.
i have never really drove it yet down the road a few times thats it and when i take the plugs out they are i little black ..burning alittle rich but thats from only having 1 o2 hooked up but i dont think that would hurt the plugs but my brother (he passed away) had the engine built for turbo so it has a big intake on it to its my first honda but i have read up on this swap alot so maybe i need
sounds like its dumping a lot of fuel and fouling the plugs out .. please post some pics of the plugs .. that is something we can work with.. all four and remember to let us know which cyl. they came out of

so i found out today its not firing that strong on 3&4 cly and the plugs are wet and really black so iam thinking i may need a dizzy ? and thats whats killing my plugs becuase i need to change the oil to becuase theres gas in it now to sorry i didnt get a pic yet
dizzy would ahve same effect on all cylinders, wires would narrow it down to a cylinder and so would injectors. Chipped ECU would also point to an issue in the tune. Spec list of the engine and management and like mtber said: " Check your codes, and resolve them." Dont just continue to drive the car with the Check engine light on.
