Default starting fuel problem need help

Ok I have a 91 crx hf
it has a rywire obd0-obd1 harness
rc440 injectors saturated so no resistor box just an obd 1 plug
it has twm 50mm itb's 48psi fp
86mm bore 92mm stroke b18c5 block
12.1:1 compression

I have check everything the car has spark
the car turns over cleanly
fuel pump primes.
injectors pulse with a test light and even took the rail off to see if fuel was actually there and it was also test to make sure the injecotrs actually work with a battery and they do all four of them.

You can crnk it for a while and pull any plug and none of them smell like fuel at all they are all bone dry.

Is it possible for the injectors to clog up all four of them. Thats the only thing I can think of at this point since everything else is working.

Help please
thanks
chris

what ECU are you running?
You MIGHT need the resistor box.

he has saturated injectors, therefore no box. doesn't matter what ecu he has.

as to why your injectors are not firing i'm unsure. i would have said to test for continuity between the ecu and the injector ground but it appears you've already done that.
