First off, SALESMEN, GTFO!
So how have they treated you? What kind of drop have you put them on?
I have a DC2. I was considering these particular struts along with GC OTS coilovers. It just makes me wonder why these struts don't get hardly any press and/or reviews at all. I've searched for days trying to find a comparison and haven't generated hardly any info. Let me know how they've worked out for you. Thanks in advance.

Since they are pretty much made for their slip on coilovers which are usually 8k fronts and 6k rears it should work fine. Just remember that the warranty is only for 3 months with these.
i have a friend who i helped install them on coilovers that he already had on, and as far as how they ride, they're pretty good but somewhat a lil bouncy but i blame this on his coilovers themselves.i figured i was gonna order me some for my EG coupe only with lowering springs cuz im not fond of how coilovers ride. id recommend em if your on a budget

they're fine for daily driving on my dc4. i paired them with d2 lowering springs and the ride was "good". i dont push my car very hard though. not sure what else you'd want to know.

I would also love to know the drop limits of these shocks as well. The shock body is supposedly shorter, which sounds like a step in the right direction when it comes to lowered ride heights.
I'm curious if about 2.5" is asking too much from these shocks.
NOTICE: For all the pro-Koni guys that are warming up their keyboards in order to type a huge lecture as to why a person should get Koni's instead, just save it and GTFO. I mean, if I had the extra money to blow on a set of shocks, I surely wouldn't be driving an old *** Honda. Oh, let me guess, i'd end up saving money. I don't know chief. The extra $250 you'd spend at one time would be nearly the cost of these Skunk2 shocks. Now if I can determine whether they'll be worth a damn, then I might have a solid argument here. lol

I plan on driving it everyday. I've ridden on the eibach pro kit for over 2 years now with stock shocks, and it seems as if the whole setup has begun to feel stiff. I have my theories as to why the feel is a bit more stiff now, but I am not completely firm on it.
Lower is where it's at as far as looks. I've pretty much mapped out where all the bumps and dips are in the roads around here. My car does have a lot more sway to it than I really care to have. It's as if the car needs to tighten up laterally.
I don't know if this answers your question, but it's a blob of info, so pick it apart and use what you can. lol

I was looking forward to going with the ground control ots setup on these shocks. I just don't know where the limits are for these shocks. I could easily make extended tophats though.
dont mean to thread jack, but is the eibach pro springs on stock struts ride ok? must be alot better than these APC's which suck but since i got them for free i decided to put them on and i hate driving the car now.... i'd also like to know about the skunk2 full pro c coilovers are
I installed some on a DC2 along with Skunk2's lowering springs and I swear they matched the shocks rates to their lowering springs... which would make perfect sense.
I wouldn't mind hearing some opinions too...I just bought Skunk2 springs for my 90 si and I'm in the market for some shocks. Wouldn't mind gettin these Skunk2 sport shocks if they are good quality and stuff...

I mean, that's supposedly a 2.5f/2.25r drop. I wouldn't think it would ever get that low, but i'd like to be wrong. These springs don't have sagging issues do they?
I bought the shocks and the springs 2.5 front 2.25 back. i only dropped the front so far and I hate how low it is, i hate it! im slammed period. The shocks i recommend but the springs i dont. i will post a pic of the drop in a few minutes.

By the way, thanks for contributing to this thread.
I had the Skunk2 shocks for almost a year and half now. Personally, they were way too bouncy for me.....almost unbearable. I don't think I matched them with the right spring rate.
Anyway, here's a pic of my old setup:

My buddy and I put skunk2 springs and shocks on his girlfriends car almost 2 years ago. It was a decent ride and on the stiffer side. I rode in the car a couple days after not being in it for quite some time and I thought it rode like total ****. It felt like it lost alot of its stiffness that I remembered. Made me re think about getting them for my current car.

Just like the previous post I commented on, which do you think was the biggest culprit, the springs or the shocks?
