difference between 90-93 and 94-01 teg trannys?

difference between 90-93 and 94-01 teg trannys?
i'm looking for a manual ls transmission for my 00 integra, would a 92 or 93 manual ls transmission have the same gear ratios, clutch, flywheel, etc.?
