ok so i have my stock USDM cluster, and i have a guy with a JDM cluster wanting to straight trade me, should i do it or not, is that jdm sexiness worth it to always have to remember conversions in my head, from what i can tell both clusters are worth about the same.

 

dont do it. why would you in the first place? cause its in kmph? haha not worth it in my eyes. stick with usdm.

no we both have 95 gsr's, i was asking somewhat in a opinionated poll manner, cause i want to get opinions.. cause if that jdm cluster is worth more for some reason and i don't realize it, then i can just get it and sell it, but i think the guy is annoyed by having it so he wants usdm, but i haven't given a yes or no yet, just wanting opinions on the trade.

Unless it redlines higher and so does your engine i wouldn't do it.

 

well itr cluster doesn't do me any good anyways, my car is a 95, they didn't have itr's that were obd1, i think even the first year for the itr in japan was 96 or 97

 

I wouldn't do it. Would you trade for a Canadian gauge cluster? Because they are the same as JDM clusters, probably. All you're getting is a speedometer that reads KPH. I know it's fun to have your car be a little different from other people's, though, and it's ultimately your decision. Even though both clusters are worth the same, you might consider the fact that having a JDM cluster could make it harder for you to sell the car.
