It's not starting. It makes an effort to, and then there's a loud squeal...shaking...then...off.

im jk, but that was a loud squeal jeezus, it sounds like it wants to crank, but have you looked at the starter? and compression?

 

looked like it was smoking. check to see if one of the pulleys is frozen up.

 

Sounds like one of the pulley is stuck/jammed/rubbing on one another causing the engine to shake,squeal and smoke.

Get a 19mm socket and try to turn the crank and listen for any friction from the pully.

 

OK, so I had a friend come check it out, and he cut the serpentine belt so the car would start. I'm not sure what needs to be replaced, but I can now drive it to a local shop. I think the A/C compressor pulley was stuck.
