According to my knowledge every H22 stamped, block, head, intake manifold, etc, can be bolted together. Am i wrong?
Im looking at an H22 out of a 92-96 prelude, to put in my 1997, fifth gen, and im second guessing myself.. Any insight for me?

For the most part yes. There is the 5th gen "sh" Prelude that has the ATTS mounts on the back of the block which is a little goofy. Its still stamped H22a4, thats the only one to watch out for unless thats what you currently have then thats what you would want to replace it with.
Only issues with going from a 97 back to a 91-96 is that if you get one pre 96 it will be obd1 so the oil pump and distributor would be different.
Anything 92-96 will have different injectors but all that stuff could be swapped over from your 97.

The fuel injectors will be different too so make sure you swaw those over too. Also the throttle body won't have the MAP sensor mounted to it since its obd1 so that could be swapped or just swap the entire manifold.
