Im posting this for a friend.

Pretty much he doesnt want to make the payments on the car anymore.....he cant really afford it anymore. So he wants to find someone who will either

1. Take over the payments

OR

2. Give him the full ammount he owes on the car he will pay it and then you are the new owner of the vehicle

Here are the specs:

2002 Honda S2000

Color: Sebring Silver

Miles: 86XXX

Completely stock nothing has been modified on it. Looks and runs great. Recently had the front and rear brake pads done rotors resurfaced. Got oil changes at 3000 miles. Never crashed, not salvaged. The cars looks great....the only thing thats not in excellent condition is the top. It has a few tears on it....but it works just has tears.

He owes about 12500 from what he told me today....he made the payment this month and hopes to get rid of it before he has to make the next payment.

he wants someone to take over the payments....what he owes is 12500 so thats what you would pay....his monthly payments are about 300

if you gave him the 12500 cash he would go pay the car and give you the title....he doesnt want money in return he just wants to get rid of the car.

yeah some times life happens if he lets it go he will take a big hit then once the bank takes it back auctions it off at wholesale price maybe $8000 and then you owe whats left unless you file bk chapter 7 and then debt is wiped clean and he starts all over again. If he can afford it keep it or he will have to pay whats left about $4000. good luck

IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT HIS PAYMENTS LOOK LIKE. THE NEW BUYER WILL HAVE TO RUN THE CREDIT AND REFINANCE IF THEY WANT MONTLY PAYMENTS.
