swap question

Icon2 swap question

can i use a civic MPFI harness in my CRX that has DPFI?... im thinking of doing a ls-v in my crx but im not sure where to start....i can get my hands on a wiring harness so i dont have to convert from DPFI to MPFI.. just one less thing to change over but im not sure if it will work?


thanks for the imput.... im sure theres a bunch of stuff out there and people have asked the same thing but im not good at looking things up and finding what i need thanks..ive tried for a while now and Failed

well, if you got a whole civic mpfi ( hatchback) harness then swap it in. That includes engine, interior and rear harness.

you dont need the rear harness. you only need:
ecu harness to fuse box
engine harness
dash harness


rear harnesses are the same

so i cant just use the engine wiring harness i need the dash too? why would i need the dash if im just trying to swap a motor? i dont understand?

I would just use the DPFI harness and rewire it for the extra injectors.

Use the MPFI engine harness and just add the extra 4 wires to your chassis harness (TDC and 2 injectors)
