Default lowering springs

i got some tokico spring and struts 1.50 front n rear, i want to go higher because my left front keeps hitting onto something not sure if its the bumper or my fender and i dont wanna risk my tire it does that on right turns it started happing because i had my spindles bent so it could achieve the correct degree because my camber was off and there was inside tire wear, iam thinking of getting a pair of h&r springs 1.75 on the front will that raise or lower my car how is does the numbers represent, the higher the number the higher the car will be or the opposite??

last question do i need a a wheel balance now that my camber is sitting on the correct degree n the tire wear is equal??
thanks

Getting H&R springs will lower your car.

Used to have H&R and the amount there are saying is far more lowered than advertised. Make sure you get quality struts to match it. I have mine paired with Illuminas and they are blown after 3 months of use.

Don't need to re-balanced the wheel all you need after changing the height of the car is TOE. Set your TOE to 0 that is what causing tire wear uneven.

The numbers represent the number of inches dropped from stock height. Ie 2 = 2" and would increase your problems with rubbing.
