Default My b18b1 squeels

Just recently I advanced time on my dizzy by about 2mm and it sounded fine for awhile, but today it started to squeal everytime I gas it. So I retarded the time a bit around stock and it still squeels when I slightly gas it. I have a feeling it's my belt to my alternator but i'm not quite sure yet.. anyone else experience this?

I'm going to try it out, I don't know yet because in idle around 700-1000 rpms there is no squealing..

Thanks for you inputs tho =]

get a tube and put your ear up to it - poke the tube around the engine bay while listening through it to locate the source of the squeel. put an earplug in your other ear and when you enter the squeal sector it will be much louder.

If you have those spring bolts it could be, I have heard those spring bolts make some werid noises sometimes. Noises I have heard from them though alot of times remind me of some sort of harmonic sound.
