Are you using stockers or ARPs?
If you're using stock bolts (and you need to buy new ones, they're one time use), I think its 16-38-51 ft lbs... in 3 steps.
With ARPs, do the same, but crank them a 4th time to the mid 60's. Ive heard people cranking ARPs as high as 80, but I dont think thats truly necessary.

Very close!

Tighten them sequentially in three steps.. (as mentioned above)

1st: 14 lbf-ft
2nd: 36 lbf-ft
3rd: 49 lbf-ft

arps need arp spec bro... i beleve it 75 lbs but in case you want to be more safe you can also go to 80 if desired.and make sure you follow the stud pattern - also go in stages 3-4 different pound stages. just to besafe to not damage anything or warp
