Default Centralized/Condensed Mod Thread?

Would the forum be interested/inclined toward making a centralized thread for all owners to consult when buying mods?

i.e., an intake sticky, an exhaust sticky, a suspension/brakes/wheels sticky...

I have been looking around for info on intakes but it's hard to find easily digestible info.

My thinking is that we should have one thread for each major area of modification, or just one big thread, and let the discussion flow from there.

I think it would be helpful for new owners to be able to click on one thread, and see a condensed list of what's out there, what it costs, and what you can expect from it with some first-hand accounts from people who have the same part.

What say you guys? Am I missing something, or would this really help us?

a sticky with links to a centralized thread on a specific mod would be great.

sounds like one big discussion thread would be better than individual threads for each mod. i like the idea.

I'm in.

A centralized mod thread would be good. Also, and idea: a centralized diy thread. There used to be on with several diy's and it was run by Type X when he was still a moderator.

Well, let me just get the hang of editing threads in VBulletin, and I'll make this happen.

I haven't performed any moderating functions since we were running on ZeroForum. *shame*

i think having a different thread for each mod category would be more organized and easier for people to find the info they are looking for.

I was planning on doing it that way, i.e. "The official intake sticky," "The official coilover sticky," etc.
