Im looking into buying a RSX it will be my daily driver, Im from the midwest and wondering how they do in the snow and how insurance is on them.

I have been told if I get winter tires for them that I will be fine and I have also heard that either way they suck just wanting some insight

well insurance is about middle of the pack as far as price goes not to bad in my opinion and as far as snow goes mine goes really well in the snow. i think people who say it wont go in the snow are just ignorant and dont know how to drive on snowy/icy roads

 

seriously ? its front wheel drive. its more than likely awesome in the snow. grow a pair.

 

real snow tires in the winter and use sumer tires the rest of the time...allseasons suck all year round.....If you are really worried about it, get a lsd......

 

insurance is "ok" but get some snow tires...

I timed myself on how long it took to find that thread about RSX insurance... 6 seconds, after opening a new window in my browser.

As for the snow, it will do fine as long as you don't plan to rally race it. Get some winter tires and/or chains if you're really worried about it.
