Okay guys last night i was rear ended and my car looks preety much done, i wanted to know after the insurance gives me the money for the car are they going to want to take it? or can i buy it from them? how does that work???

 

From my experience you can negioate that with your claims rep just let them know you are interested in buying the car back. When I did so they just deducted the money from the settlement check amount. Good luck
