Im finishing up a zc swap in my car, my a6 is from an '89 civic rt4wd wagovan, its been rebuilt twice before i got it, the head looks to be in good shape (except for the oil coming out of exhaust outlet #4) so does the crankshaftt and bearings, im going to take it apart soon, and check out the pistons and rods...name the part you want and a price and if i have it i'll send it out. don't worry it'll be cheap, i've got no use for it, and its the original engine with 156k mi. that died.
