Strange fuse blowing problem...ACG S
I should've checked here first before i started taking this van to repair shops. First, i picked up the van in June of this year. Its an 03 EX-L and "cross my fingers" I haven't had any problems until now. I was driving and completely lost everything! The van would crank but not catch.......I have a warranty so i decided to just have it towed to a shop. Come to find out the warranty doesn't cover fuses/releys and other small crap.
Heres the problem..............it seems like every time it rains, I am blowing the ACG-S fuse. I am guessing something is exposed but it only cuts off or blows when its wet and when im hitting the brakes.
I did a search and found this
"5. Check for a blown ACG S (15A) fuse in the underhood fuse/relay box.
Is the fuse blown?
YES - Repair short in the wire between the PGM-FI main relay and the ACG S (15A) fuse.
NO - Repair open in the wire between the PGM-FI main relay and the ACG S (15A) fuse."
Also where can i find the service manual for this van?

the troubleshooting you did find is about right. since you have an "EX-L" I would suggest checking under the dash behind the multi-plex (fuse panel) to see if one of the drain tubes for the sunroof is letting water into the cabin and getting the multi-plex wet. you will need to remove the multi-plex to completely access this area since it is behind it. don't worry though, it just looks scary. it's really not and since Honda was genious enough to make almost all of their connectors different, youreally can't plug it back in wrong. believe me, save yourself the headache of working around it and just take it out.
there are clear nylon tubes that run down the A-pillar from the sunroof assembly and can over time either work their way out of their appropiate postitions or get clogged and back up like a toilet. an even easier way to see if that is the problem is to run water over the top of the vehicle while looking under the dash to see if it drips. water is usually pretty good about following a familiar path.
hope this helps...
