this pretty much says it all...sounds like your just a under age kid still living at home who doesn't take the time to train the dog so that he doesn't tear up the yard...wheels will always come and go so first be a responsible owner and and least scrub down the back yard since it looks like the dog is let to run around in its own urine...!!!
