Icon2 Failing NO Emissions test

Hi guys i just got back from the OHIO Emissions test with my 1992 Honda Civic. I Passed every single test on there but the N0 part.. the limit is like 1200 - i shot 2500... ;[

I have a new muffler, Cat converter, O2 sensor and the exhaust pipes are about 2 years old... I was reading online that it could be my EGR valve.. but i am not sure.. i'd love any help you guys could offer. Thank you very much

If you have a car with an EGR system, you should check the passage ways for the exhaust ports. They usually get clogged up with carbon. My 97 HX has an EGR system and I had high NO levels due this problem. Click on the link for some info.
