forums are mostly an american thing
most of the sites i visted when i lived in / visted japan block US IP adresses though.

really they blocked US IP addresses?

 

some sites do..........i don't know why.

but websites that belong to brands don't mind like you can still acsess feel's/ honda twin cam, or spoon's websites.

but some sites i used to visit i cannot accsess from here

 

lol its all the bootleggers out of japan that got ips blocked i bet
