Default Help me out with a EK setup...

Currently I'm on stock struts and Neuspeed Sport springs. Drop is 1.5" rear and 1.75" front. I would like to be at 2.5" rear 2.75" front if I can. Now there are tons of choices on what to get. Koni/GC setup seems to be a favorite. Koni in general seems to be a great choice for a strut. I want something adjustable such as a coil over if I can for maybe corner balancing and obviously ride height but I dont want a rough ride. I love how my Neuspeed Sports are, they are one of the best riding drop springs I have felt so far, not bouncy and you hug the road nicely you have a planted feel. The stiffness is good and all. I will soon have a 26mm front and 13/14mm rear sway bars on the car so that stiffens things up a little so I dont need a heavier spring rate to combat body roll. All I have been hearing is coil overs make it a bouncy ride. Why? That doesnt make sense becase there are so many combos. So can I get my lower ride height and have a nice smooth ride without really breaking the bank too much? Help me out here in choosing the right setup for my DD with some track type use.
