wiring 5-pin oem fog switch?

wiring 5-pin oem fog switch?
i was wondering if anyone has any information on the wiring of the oem fog light switch? i noticed it has 5 pins.
its actually an oem switch for a honda element, but im assuming they are the same thing.
(note: ive since got a black cover for the switch instead of the gray one)
