So I picked up a set of OEM eg9 foglights the other day for my car, wiring, brackets, switch everything included. After taking a good look at them I realized that they could use some reconditioning before I put them on my car. Long story short I open them up to find the glass dome projector piece cracked in half and chipped. Im assuming that this happened from what must have been stress on the glass or from being dropped.

So considering that these fog lights have been discontinued by honda, where can I find replacement dome glass for my fogs that are the same diameter and direct fit. Maybe other hondas?? I tried doin research as thorough as possible but no luck. Any help will be much appreciated!

Best bet is to buy a cheap set of OEM style foglights and take whatever part you need off of it.

When you say dome projector piece, are you referring to the glass piece that looks like R2-D2's head? I might have a couple of extra ones.

 

yea i was thinking that. but id rather buy what i need only and that is the projector dome glass pieces. Kinda like R2-D2s head haha. let me know if u have any extra i will definitely take them off ur hands

 

How many do you need? I should have one, at the most 2. I'll check when I get home from work.

btw what color are your foglights when you turn them on? Are they clear or yellow?

 

I need two if u have them. Here is a picture of what mine looks like. As you can probably see it was cracked in half so I glued it together. They are clear as well.
