what seats are these?

I just want to know what yr it came off? it looks like an civic seats?

my friend gave it to me and i just want to put it on ebay.

Looks like a DA backrest from the rear seat.

yup, looks like a DA9 (3 door) rear seat. From the Palmy Blue interior it looks like. Here's a crappy pic of my old DA with DA6 rear seats:
