Default Modified shocks? wut do you guys think?

I wanted to buy this right here: http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/pts/1501706544.html

It seems like a super good deal but the guy said he "modified the shocks to fit lower so you can get more of a slam" I've never heard of this before what is he talking about?

Sounds like he removed the brake line bracket, which allows shocks to be pushed further into the fork, simulating a shorter shock.

You can search on here for the "shock fork trick", as it is frequently called. Since Koni Sport shocks do not come with the brake bracket (you're supposed to transfer the one from the stock shocks), many people do this "mod" with those shocks.
