JDM Inspired Civic. h22 swap FOR SALE Asap

Jdm H22a swap 210hp, 165tq, w/ 70,xxx mi (goes up because I drive it almost everyday) rare find in civic's.
Aem v2 Cold Air Intake (Sounds Nice)
2.25 cat-back piping w/ custom muffler (not all loud, sounds great)
Polished Hasport mounts
Bronze Valve cover (matches rims)
Stage 3 Axles
Cons: a couple small dings here & there from haters (picture's show)
missing glove box (will replace for serious buyer)
engine bay needs to be painted & wire-tuck for it to be super clean.
A lil over $8k invested with everything done to it so this is a pretty decent price.. I'm just ready for something new/different. Will trade for 02+ si ep3, 02+ rsx dc5, or a CLEAN stock-ish car of lesser value w/ $1500-3500 on top depending on value, or show me what you got? BUT MAINLY WANT CASH (for down payment on something new)
Car pretty much babied: all oil changes done on Royal Purple, gas filled up w/ 91 octane, granny shift at 2-2.5k, literally. But the power is GREAT if/when needed. Or if tempted by a sti, evo, or v8 haha. Car only weighs 2200lbs, with just header, chip&tune, this car will easily make 220-235hp & net low 13s. Clutch, flywheel even faster. Check for yourself (1/4 Mile ET Calculator) Thanks for your time... Any questions or inquiries...

hi i own your old h civic now and i was curious if u could tell me where the killswitches are or are they on when the alarm is activated and have you had any axle problems with the driver side axle could u tell me everything u know plz so i know wat i need to fix thanks and when u traded cars with the guy wat all parts did u keep cuz i dont got all the same stuff if u would be willing to talk to me i would be very thankful for your time
