Default 92 honda accord

i have a 92 honda accord with 320k on the shell/chassis of the car but just over 150k on the second engine. would this car be worth putting any money into as far as aftermarket parts?

i was planning on stripping the car down and taking car of all the rust and replacing most of the parts and swapping out the engine but i dont want to put any money into if its not worth it.

This all boils down to you. What are your needs for this car? Are you daily driving it? Are you trying to fix it up and sell it? Are you wanting to race it (on a track)? Whats your needs? Is it an automatic?

Rust is bad. If its not alot of rust, then i would say its worth it, but if there is tons and tons of rust, then you are probably wasting your time.

Just don't rice it out. Rice is bad.

i am daily driving it and its a 5 speed. the rust isnt bad at all, just the normal honda rust on top of the wheel wells. its very small though, i plan on keeping it for a while and possibly racing it at a track but nothing big.
