is that sound my tie rod???
need more info. could be a loose bolt in the suspension. lift it up and check if things are loose. with the car off the ground and wheels still on, grab the tire at 9 and 3 and try to wiggle it, if it feels very loose, you could have bad tie rod ends. note that the rack will move in and out, dont get that confused with a bad tie rod end. if it moves at 12 and 6, it might be ball joints.
