Default 99 accord crank no start please help

I have a 99 accord that died in the middle of the road I checked it out and found good fuel pressure but no spark
I tested the coil and replaced it still no spark so I replaced the icm still no spark checked the main relay and it is perfect all test are good
tested the ignition switch with the same results still good the only thing I can think the problem can be at this point is the pcm or the Icm.
all the powers and grounds to the pcm are good and it is getting signals from the cyp the tdc and the ckp sensors or the injectors would not be opening and closing.
does anyone know how to test in order to tell whether or not it is the pcm that is faulty or can I just swap a used pcm in place to test or do I need to have the pcm coded to the vehicle in order to get it to start? please some one help thanks

So the coil and the icm tested bad? Did you swap them with new parts or used ones?

You say it died when running? Any strange noises? Ive seen snapped cams before in earlier models. Cam aint spinning the rotors isnt either.

No starts on those are usually either coil, icm or igniton switch. Rarely see other probs

I replaced the icm and the coil both new
I test the b connector at the pcm pin 13 between the icm connector and it ohms out at 0 which is perfect but I have no signal to the icm
and the cam is moving
I even tested the main relay and the the ignition switch
all powers and grounds to the pcm are good and the crank, tdc sensor and cam sensor in the dist are all producing signal.
I am at the point where I think I am just going to need a new pcm but I am not sure if there is a way to bypass the vehicle immobilizer so that I dont need to program the ecm to the cars vin
