I believe the OP is referring to the rear lip that was optional for US '99-'00 Civic coupes (and some other Civics throughout the world). In the US this rear lip was only available as an option. It was not standard on the Si, nor was any other rear lip.

It's often just called the Si rear lip.

I'd post up the image from the brochure, but they put the wrong image in there. It has a photo of the '98 rear lip instead.
