Dude... with all due respect, pay attention and just look down the list of topics in this forum and you can find a thread (not very far down either) that will show you how to pull the trans apart, and replace parts on the mainshaft, which is what you'll be needing to do. If you were too hasty to even look for that though, I suggest not doing transmission work yourself.

LOL. I keep my posting to a minimum. But when this thread https://honda-tech.com/forums/transmission-drivetrain-127/b-series-transmission-teardown-rebuild-tutorial-2443459/ is two, I repeat 2, lines down from this thread, we're going to be a bit jaded in responding to you since you clearly didn't take any time to find easily attainable info on your part.
Again, take your time and observe what you do and take apart from the trans.

I'm curious to see what your current builder missed and/or screwed up. I'm MFactory's official North American installer so don't have to worry about it not being done right this time.
allmotorrandy was the builder he attempted 2 times to fix it but no luck still a verry verry nasty grind going into 5th double clutching helps, i will pm you about a rebuild !
O wow man my trans(cable b16) is doing the same thing , it grinds its *** off goin into 5th, but a double clutch or rev/speed match works well...also it pops out when you decell on the motorway..I was thinking mybe the shift fork or even shift rod is fouled up I dunno post back when ya got something on it.
