ok so i spent this whole weekend working day and nite swapping in my ls/vtec only to get stuck rite before finishin it. my cel is on for code 15 and i wanna know if the engine wiring harness could be the problem cuz i just changed the distibutor and it wont start. The motor is gettin fuel but apparently no spark. It turns over easy like its gonna start but it doesnt. The ecu is supposed to be chipped for the motor too and the harness im using has been modified to tuck the wires. Im not tryin to make this another thread about my car not starting cuz there are many of them but i need any help cuz ive missed school and work because of no transportation.

 

Is there battery voltage on the Blk/Yel wire attached to the coil and igniter unit inside the dizzy?

Does the Yel/Grn wire attached to the igniter unit have continuity to the ECU connector? Does this wire have a short?
