NY FS/FT 92 CX with H22 swap

FS/FT 92 CX with H22 swap
Would rather trade the car for something stock then sell but for the right price i'll sell it.
1992 Honda Civic CX
Car has 145k on the odometer and about 70k on the engine. The engine is a JDM H22a and right now it has a M2L5 transmission in it. I also have the non-lsd JDM transmission to go with the car but it need a shift for and a set of syncros.
Car runs and drives fine but the body could use a little TLC. there is slight rust on the rear quarters like all honda and the drivers door is bubbling a bit.
Car also has Tein Basic full coilovers, an old aem intake, rear uper and lower tie bars, Integra Fat 5 wheels, Crower stage 2 cams and adjustable cam gears.
Timing belt, water pump, and timing belt tensioner were just done 5k miles ago.
Car could use a chipped and tuned ecu.
