Does anyone know that the rear door actuators can die at the same time, as both of the rear doors won't open? I need to identify this is the actuator issue or electronic issue before I order the parts. Many thanks!

 

How are you unlocking the car? With the button, with the stock key fob, with a security system??? Can you hear the actuators working? Did you check the child lock switch?
