14'' steelies WITH tires..

doesn't have to be the best..
i just need some so i can take my rotas off for winter.

I have 4 steelies from a obd2 integra they are mint with stems i want 10$ a rim and 10$ a hubcap dc4 mint also and two of the rims come with tires and two dont have tires.. Let me know located on highway 20/380..
