First off, please try using proper English, as your post is absurdly difficult to read.
Cut or replacement bumpstops are helpful, but not absolutely mandatory. It comes down to the fact that a bumpstop is necessary to have, but the long stock one doesn't leave much suspension travel before it comes into play once the car is lowered. Shorter ones work, a shorter and stiffer one is even better (for some things).
For a street car with a reasonable lowering, cut in half stock bumpstops are fine. For a slammed street car, I'd use the shortest and stiffest bumpstops you can find. If you're on track, then some suspension tuning can be done through bumpstop length and material, but that's an advanced topic.

okay sorry i was in a rush. but i plan on dropping my car real low. and why u say stock bumptops? doesnt the koni bring their own bumpstops..? or only when you get the extended top hats for the GC..( the white bumpstops in all the photos).? but i wanna go real low, so does that mean im going to have to cut the bumpstop more than half? n u say find short n stiff ones... any clue who makes them or where i could purchase them?
