i want to replace the seals for the vtec solenoid on my 94 EX because they are leaking. how do i get the lower bolt(of the 3 holding it to the head) out to remove the vtec solenoid from the head? i cant drain the coolant and remove the thermostat housing ect... its too cold for all that here.
so any tips ect.. would be greatly appreciated!

 

can you go from under the car.....and reach up behind the intake? seems like it may be easier that way? i know it is a pain to get that bottom back bolt out.

 

i dont think it will work that way because the wrench will hit the tranny and/or coolant line.
