please forgive me if I am not doing this correctly. I need to know if my 1999 civic lx sedan steel wheels will bolt up and fit properly on my 2001 civic dx sedan that has steel wheels also. please advise I am having problems getting a straight answer from the dealer or anyone else. yes it will, just make sure its a size 14inch and up and your tires will be a bit thin for the newer civic, the older civics used thinner size tires compared to the new civic. but it will work

 

thanks for your help. You are correc the 1999 calls for 185 65 14's where as the 2001 has 185 70 14's. I just want to use the newer tires from the 1999 until they wear out and replace with correct ones at that point. I commute 90miles per day and this will be a great help. Happy Holidays to you.

Will all 1999 Honda Civic rims fit all 2001 Honda Civics?

I have a 1999 Honda Civic sedan (it has no LX branding) that has P185/65R14 tires and someone is selling rims with snow tires that were on a 2001 Honda Civic.
Tire size 175/65R14.

Will the 2001 Honda Civic rims fit the older 1999 Honda Civic?

Could you clarify....are you stating that as long as it is a 4 lug it will fit?

 

its the lug pattern, theres 4x100 and i think 4x113 or something.. but some of the newer civics are 5lug, make sure it has 4 holes and fit it in first before u buy em
