Default full stainless fuel system conversion? lines, rail, etc?

I've been looking at running E85 for a turbo build and don't want to have my whole fuel system corrode. This is not for bling or anything, it is purely for functionality.
I can find stainless fuel line, but can't find a stainless fuel rail for a B series motor? Also, what about the fuel tank? Would you have to coat the inside with something or run a fuel cell? Thanks anyone who can help.

Interesting question with no replies......
Maybe repost in the Turbo and Drag forum and possibly the RR forum. I know some guys only linger in a specific forum and don't venture in the other general forums.

If the fuel rail is anoidized inside and out, then I don't see a problem.
