What kind of port or adapter is this? Help!

Just purchased a used 2002 Civic LX and noticed this port near the cigarette adapter. Any idea what it is guys?

some alarms require you put a little thing up to that to enable the starter. used to see that all the time when i worked at a lube place

Have to agree, not stock.

Pop it out and fallow the wiring to see what it is connected to. 94
